Spray hose

Every EP-100 machine is designed to feature 50 feet of heated and insulated hose. Each hose is enclosed in a durable scuff jacket tailored for extended and demanding applications. If a greater range is needed, operators can opt to upgrade their system with a 100-foot hose or easily attach an extension hose post-purchase. Transitioning from 50 to 100’ of hose can be done in as little as 15 minutes.

  • Open and closed cell foams need to be sprayed at a 1 to 1 ratio. The EP-100 was designed to utilize one motor and two gear pumps. By doing so, we’ve eliminated the need to adjust the ratio while spraying. Simply set the drive on the front of the box to the desired output and get to work.

  • Adjustments and output. The EP-100 is rated up to 10PPM, while the LP-100 is going to produce 10-12PPM. LP-100 will also have more adjutability with ratio/hose temperature settings. If you like the ability to fine tune things with higher output, the LP-100 “Lil Pup” may be a better fit for your applications.

  • Quite a few actually. Both the EP/LP 100 models can be used for packaging foams, casting resins, crack and joint filling applications and spraying truck bed liners!

  • Yes. We recommend heating the drum chemical temp to 80 degrees F for optimum performance. The best method is to build a hot box that covers the drums using 2" urethane board stock insulation and use a small space heater inside. Band style heaters are also recommended.

  • 100%. Although the EP-100 was designed for simplicity and DIY’ers, this machine is more than capable for industrial purposes and general contractors. Having the ability to load this compact unit into a van to spray a garage, subfloor or attic is just the beginning. The EP-100 is also the perfect machine for rim joist applications. Why take a 30’ trailer setup to a job site when you can load the EP-100 into a pickup?
