EP-100 Spray Foam System
Compact Power. Built for Mobility.
The EP-100 is a lightweight, portable alternative to our LP-100 system — ideal for smaller projects, tight job sites, and contractors who need maximum flexibility without sacrificing performance. It delivers reliable spray output using standard power and fits easily in trailers, service vehicles, or mobile rigs. Don’t let its size fool you — the EP-100 is built to work.
Spray Gun
Our user-friendly spray gun is designed for easy maintenance and quick rebuilds. By utilizing larger orifices than traditional high-pressure systems, it requires lower chemical temperatures—reducing energy consumption and cutting down on operational costs.
Heated Hose
The EP-100 comes standard with 50’ of heated/insulated hose. Each hose is enclosed in a durable scuff jacket tailored for extended and demaning applications. If a greater range is desired, operators can upgrade their system with up to 100’ of hose.
Portability
Weighing 90lb with the dimensions of 16” x 28” x 24 “, the EP-100 is as compact and portable as it gets. Perfect for loading into a box van or truck to transport to the next job site with ease. Thanks to its versatile design, the unit can efficiently gravity feed from either 15/55 gallon drums or siphon feed from 5-gallon buckets, ensuring flexibility and convenience in various working environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Open and closed cell foams need to be sprayed at a 1 to 1 ratio. The EP-100 was designed to utilize one motor and two gear pumps. By doing so, we’ve eliminated the need to adjust the ratio while spraying. Simply set the drive on the front of the box to the desired output and get to work.

Adjustments and output. The EP-100 is rated up to 10PPM, while the LP-100 is going to produce 10-12PPM. LP-100 will also have more adjutability with ratio/hose temperature settings. If you like the ability to fine tune things with higher output, the LP-100 “Lil Pup” may be a better fit for your applications.

Quite a few actually. Both the EP/LP 100 models can be used for packaging foams, casting resins, crack and joint filling applications and spraying truck bed liners
-
Yes. We recommend heating the drums to 80 degrees F for optimum performance. The best method is to build a hot box that covers the drums using 2" urethane board stock insulation and use a small space heater inside. Band style heaters are also recommended.

100%. Although the EP-100 was designed for simplicity and DIY’ers, this machine is more than capable for industrial purposes and general contractors. Having the ability to load this compact unit into a van to spray a garage, subfloor or attic is just the beginning. The EP-100 is also the perfect machine for rim joist applications. Why take a 30’ trailer setup to a job site when you can load the EP-100 into a pickup?
